Interview
The initial start is with an email from a recruiter reaching out to schedule a 30 min phone interview with him or her. If you pass their rounds of questions they move you on to speak with the hiring manager for that department. I didn't get past this part, but I was told the next step would be the on site interview. I really liked the process, the recruiter I had was very helpful and although I didn't get the job I was impressed with out my recruiter got back to me to let me know they were moving forward with someone else, and he did this by phone rather than an email.
