XPO Assistant Accountant interview questions

The first interview was over the phone. This was a 30 min chat to discuss my previous work experience which I had to describe. This included what I do on a day to day basis. We went over aspects of my c.v. The interview was upbeat and the interviewer was friendly and asked good questions. I passed this stage and was offered a second interview which was at the Northampton head office. Both interviewers were warm and friendly. We covered my current role as well as education details. Also my future plans and ambitions for both work and education. I was given details about what the job on offer was and what I would do on a daily basis. Overall both interviews were fairly relaxed and straight forward.
