I applied online. I interviewed at XPO (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2017
Interview
It was laid back and very comfortable. I was asked questions that were expected, so I was fully prepared for it. I was dressed nice so I believe that helped me to be taken a bit more serious.
He asked me a few questions about the job. One of the easiest interviews ever. Took me out to the dock. Showed me some of the equipment. Ask me if I think I could handle it. Yes! and was offered the position on the spot.
Sad and a lot of wrk. Get raises every 6 months. It's average but cool . I will not work there again because of past experiences . I love loading and unloading until they start to give you more and more and more and more work.

Interview
Very straightforward and smooth. Solid questions, as well as very good description of job atmosphere. HR interviewer was nice and very professional. Enjoyed the interview process, also liked the on site tour which was the secondary aspect of the interview.
