Like several others who posted here, I also had a very poor experience with what is called the "due diligence" process. I also saw the company reaction posted here of sorry you had a bad experience. The reality is the questions were similar to those others listed here. The questions were not only invasive, totally inappropriate but they were also illegal. I was not at all impressed with the person asking the questions-it was very amateurish and obnoxious. My understanding is the CEO likes this process and also used it at another company he came from so they are quite aware of what is being asked. Certain questions about drug use, your financial status and several others I was asked are illegal. The people doing this are also not sharp enough to realize that certain states allow taping of meetings (phone or video calls also) like that. I wouldn't be surprised if someone has done that already or will do it at some point in the future and report it (not sure who it gets reported to in the govt.)
