I was called n number of times by the HR team for an Interview. When I had gone to the office. They took my two interviews and I was selected for 3rd interview. However, they did not mail me back for the next interview. when I had taken follow-up on my Interview status they informed me that I have not been selected for it. so why to waste time? company has no sense and formal etiquette for interviews. they did not give me proper feedback as well.

Felt more like a conversation. So happy to be offered the position. They made me feel like I already had the position before I left. Most companies leave the candidates guessing.
