A rep from North Carolina called me and shared a ton of information about the position and XPO Logistics. She then proceeded to schedule a face-to-face interview with the on-site manager for the location the position was at. That particular interview was pretty smooth. He asked questions like "Why do you think this is a good job fit for you" and "Why would I hire you over another applicant" etc. He was looking for answers that would indicate how you function in a job environment, how you sell, and what your work ethic looks like etc.
After the first interview, you usually get set up with another interview and to take a very long aptitude test. I did not continue with the process after the first interview because I thought that particular position would not have been a good fit for my strengths. The first interviewer was very nice to answer several questions I had about the company, the business, and the culture, which helped me to come to my decisions.
