      Human Resources Manager Interview

      May 21, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xandr in Dec 2019

      Interview

I would like to speak to my experience on interviewing for an HR position with Xandr. I received an email in the evening in regards to schedule omg a phone interview the next morning. I thought ok I am interested so I responded to the message. I had a great conversation with HR and was asked about two specific dates to meet with The hiring manager who was coming from Atlanta. I responded quickly with my availability. I heard nothing back. So the date has passed and I was told she was only in town for a week. So I did reach out to the recruiter to be told that she was caught up in meetings and would get me into meet with her. That was my last contact with the company. I never had an additional interview, no rejection just nothing at all. If someone has invested their time, you should at least give them a follow up. I did not enjoy this experience and I feel that they don’t treat their candidates well at all. Everyone should be treated with respect and should know where they stand during the interview process. It’s ok to move on but just let someone know. Treat people the way that you would want to be treated in the interview process.
