One of the weirdest interviews I've ever had. Communication between talent acquisition and the hiring manager was poor (I was told a very incorrect fact about the job that was crucial to me continuing with the process), and during the first round, I basically listened to the hiring manager talk about herself for an hour. It was truly bizarre. There was a vibe as well (that may not be present through the rest of the company and could be specific to this one manager) of malice toward millennials for not "dedicating themselves to a company" that really put me off. I likely would have declined any sort of offer for this particular position had I been offered one, but I think we both knew by the end of the interview that neither side would actively be pursuing next steps.
