Customer Service questions were asked such as:
Describe the time when you had a difficult customer
Three Adjectives which are very imperative for customer service

3 times interview including a writing test. Taking a month to get offer. 1 is from HR. 1 is from manager. 1 is writing test. Writing test include personal character quiz.

first there was written test to know a common knowledge in accounting which put to a simple question of objective questions and 2 problem solving questions.
