You and 20 other applicant take a "test" asking "What would you do if...?" questions, plus a typing test. If you fail this, you are denied. If you pass, you have in-person interviews. First interview with HR to go over your job experiences and education. Second interview with supervisors to go more in depth about the job offered and what it will be like. Hiring decision made on the spot. Then you fill out information for taxes, benefits, etc.
