Question 1
Q: What skills make you a good fit for the position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Webster, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
Applied online, had a quick phone call chat, then went onsite and toured the facility. Talked some about my past experience. I remember it being a relatively easy interview. I think it was about two weeks total from initial application to job offer. When I mentioned on the phone that I had an offer somewhere else, HR was willing to negotiate salary.
