What process? I was contacted by HR to set up an initial call and, which I made attempts to reach back but was ghosted. What a joke and completely unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xerox (Norwalk, CT) in Jan 2019
Interview
Four separate phone conversations with two people in HR and two people in corporate development. I was invited to Norwalk for an in-person interview where I met with 6 different people over the course of 5 hours. The process was very disorganized and Xerox does not reimburse for travel expenses until 60 days has passed. I was ghosted and never informed of the company's decision.
