As usual Xilinx HR never tries to communicate anything with the candidate. However, the interviewer was amazing. The interviewer asked two questions, both were easy questions, but it was not in the format which was referred to them, so it must be incorrect, even if it was correct. I got even a comment that my code snippet won't compiles, but the fact was interviewer herself was not properly prepared to take an interview, and after knowing the fact, I was not expecting much from an interviewer. I literally told that I don't anything, as it was pointless to argue or explain something when the person is in GOD mode. Basically, I got an overall idea about the team that one people is in GOD mode so If you don't agree with any theory of theirs you must be wrong. A bachelor's with 8 years experience was taking an interview with Masters with 8 years experience. So I thought they must know the basics and I tried to clarify the questions many times, but there was no clarification from the interviewer, as per my understanding add-on question was not on the website, which she was referring to, hence she was failing repetitively to respond on clarification. Not expecting much from toxic people who just want to hear what they want.
