Intro with HR. Review details of role. Thorough review of work history including specifics around scope of prior responsibilities including # of people managed, and results. Discussed salary requirements in great detail.

Very quick, but thorough. Interview with several people and make offers very quickly. Very interested in what you can do for them, not what can be done for both. Wanted someone that could get rolling quickly, however they did not give you the tools do to so.
