The HR first screened my candidature over a phone call. Another call was scheduled (and rescheduled) with the team. This was a 30-35 min telecon. Another 3 rounds follow before selection happens.
The reason for my negative review is that they did not tell me that they're not going ahead with my candidature till the time I asked them after a few days. I'm someone who gracefully accepts failure, but the company should have the decency to inform the candidates that their application is not being taken forward - and state the reasons for that as well. The feedback loop needs to be complete.
