The interview process was okay until meeting the hiring managers. I was led on for 3 weeks to get to a panel interview where the first guy didn’t even want to be there, and the second lady started my interview off saying “okay really quick introduction about yourself”, I thought this was about getting to know the candidate. Also the job was described as “entry level” but they ask questions as if they expect that you have experience.

Question 1
How many calls per week were expected of you in your last position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Xplor Technologies in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process with FieldEdge was very positive and organized. For the first initial call, I met with the recruiter. Once she confirmed I qualified to pass through to the next round, I had a round of interviews with the Manager of the Customer Success Team, the VP of the team, the Marketing Manager and one of the Team leads on the Customer Success Team. Since everything was virtual, the panel interview was via Zoom. Very positive interview with general questions about my previous roles and responsibilities. After the interview, I had an offer a few days later. Although it didn't seem like it, the process took about 2 weeks.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xplor Technologies (Fort Myers, FL)
Interview
The interview process at Field Edge was absolutely amazing. Everything was handled seamlessly and very professional. Right when I walked through the door I was welcomed by smiling faces. Every individual I spoke to during the process was very knowledgeable about Field Edge, and described the role perfectly.
