Interview
Two phone interviews (HR and then future manager) and an in person interview. In person consisted of majority of team interviewing me. A lot of situational questions and questions about my previous experience.

At first the sent me an email and lateron they will verify the submitted documents and will get an email if we are selected and after that we need to schedule for a interview and moreover the package for this one is too low

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xylem in Jul 2020
Interview
Third party recruiter reached out and did a first interview. Followed by interview with hiring manager and other person, then another interview with the team, 3 other people. All about 45 minutes. Never received any follow ups after the last interview.
