The process was incredibly fast-tracked including having people text me after emailing me to make sure I could schedule a second and third round. I liked that the interview process included four different editors to speak with and an uncompensated writing test. But in the end I was not given an offer, and rejected through the recruiter who had originally reached out to me after I sent an application in. It was a really bad look to not hear from any of the editors after the fact and left a bad taste in my mouth - I emailed everyone to thank them for their time and ask for feedback and received none. Maybe they're just too busy, but it left me with the impression that the team doesn't care how they come off to outsiders or are interested in developing a network or pipeline of interested talent.
