Interview
4 rounds of interviews, first interviewer was late by 2 hours. There were two PM led interviews and one engineering manager who interviewed for UI and SaaS application workflow expertise. In total there were 6 case studies, two of which were not relevant for the role. PMs are ISB graduates.
The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

How have you used data to influence your decisions?
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.

First HR phone call ( around 1 hr), then hiring manager (anround 1 hr) and take home test plus a group interview. Will last for 1 month cos the salary process needs US approval.
