The phone screen was asking my experiencing leading a BDR team. The ramp includes 3 months be being a BDR, and we discussed my interest in that model.

Contacted via email to set up phone interview, after that given video interview. Interviewer was very unprofessional and rude. I didn’t get an offer and I’m happy for that, didn’t seem like a company to work for
