Applied at Yelp about 4 weeks before they got back to me. The first phone interview consisted of a general screening an queries into my resume. After the interview the recruiter sent me a few cases with the request to provide mockups for possible solutions as well as a thought paper on a tactical move regarding their international products. I sent the requested deliverables back a day later and about a few hour later the recruiter already confirmed an interview with a director in the coming week. The director asked a few questions and confronted me with a case and asked for solution. I believe here I messed it up...Anyway, the whole process was very professional and I got a nice rejection email as well. I will apply again :)
