Great process. Prepare ahead for all time common questions. They send over articles to read ahead of time make SURE you read ALL articles. You will be asked questions based on those articles. Process was overall great and immediately after my phone interview was set up for a Skype interview. They also do a great job on what you should expect during your interview especially for the Skype interview. The people who interviewed me where patient and kind the process overall was quick. You will know right away if you moved on to the next interview step.
