There is an initial screening call followed by another virtual interview where they just try to get to know you. The first call asked about eligibility to work in the US and logistical questions/info about the company. One of the interviews involves a sales pitch role play but wasn't too difficult.

The interview process is smooth. I went to a career fair and gave them my resume. A few weeks later I received the phone interview. They asked me questions about me, my education, and some about the company. Then came the skype interview where I had to do mock calls.
