I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I attended an on campus info session and submitted my resume. I was contacted for a 30 minute phone interview. Then I had an hour on site interview where I interviewed with 3 different people with some behavioral and on the spot situational based questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yelp (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
