Contacted by HR for a phone interview which was basically a screening to measure communication skills. After the call I was given a Skype interview which was basic questions at first such as why you are interested, give a brief description about the job, etc. Was then given situational questions to determine selling ability--not too hard as long as you study the links they send out.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
