I had applied through a consultant and they arranged for an interview during weekend. I understood after reaching there that it was a bulk requirement for various roles. For my role, there were few candidates and we were all made to sit at one room after we provided them the time of entry/schedule. Later they called us one after another according to the order of our arrival. The interview began directly with a technical round discussion and a Technical Manager started it. He directly jumped to provide a requirement and asked me how I provide a solution. Based on the solution I suggest he asked more questions on that only. Later he asked some project management stuffs like estimation, schedule but did not go much into the detail of those. The whole interview took about 30 to 40 minutes.
