Employee referral got me an interview with team manager. Standard questions regarding CSR situations, work experience, and desired outcome from job. Two rounds of interviews. Position was remote. All onboarding was online. Company shipped equipment to my residence.

Placed applicatin on-line. Had just met a Yoh Account Manager a few weeks befor being laid-off from last job. Thought it was rather serendepitous that they were looking for another Account Manager in Indy. The recruiter called the next day and we had a brief interview over the phone. I always try to smile over the phone and stand up to talk to keep the energy level going. Preparing for the interview....read "The Art of Possibility" by Benjamin Zander, researched the company on their website. Set up a 1on 1 with the Market Manager for later that week. One key ability/asset I stress is listening. That is what I did on the first interview, got the second interview with the Regional Manager and again listened to what she had to say and asked her about her goals. Take the focus off yourself.....ask,' what do I bring to the company to help them grow?" And, have a list of at least 5 or 6 things to work in to the interviews. If you like the job, the challenges, the people you are interviewing..(remember a job interview goes both ways)...let them know, and tell them, ' I really like what I am hearing, I would really like to work with you.' If you are sincere and have a positive feel for the opportunity....you will get the job offer. I did!
