I was called about 2 days after I applied online by a woman in the Tennessee area.She gave me a few options as to what job I was interested since I applied for more than one. She asked me basic questions about my experience and then gave me a scenario to answer. The scenario was about conflict and she wanted to know how I would have handled it. She then stated the hours and salary. Afterwards she stated I may get a call back within 7 days once she sends over my info to the hiring manager for the position. I got a call back a few days later from the hiring manager. That was last week. Today I will be interviewing over the phone.
