I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Allahabad) in Aug 2016
Interview
Started with an online aptitude round.Speed is the key.Trying to solve the ones in which I am most confident really helped. Even if the other ones were part of guess work. Then came the case studies round in which they test as to how do you approach the answer to a question.I again repeat, they check the approach or your way, even if you are no where to a correct answer or so. It was a lengthy round. Then came behavioral+HR round.Questions were mostly from CV as to projects pursued as part of course work.

This is a 3 stage process. First, they give you a case study. Secondly, there is an interview on general topics (academics, experience) and the Case Study you did. Thirdly, there is another interview which is mostly a personality test and has questions on general topics with some quizzes and/or puzzles.

Question 1
You have two ropes coated in an oil to help them burn. Each rope will take exactly 1 hour to burn all the way through. However, the ropes do not burn at constant rates—there are spots where they burn a little faster and spots where they burn a little slower, but it always takes 1 hour to finish the job.
With a lighter to ignite the ropes, how can you measure exactly 45 minutes?
