The interview process was thorough, great questions, a short case and seemed like they were very concerned about company culture. They were also looking for very specific quantitative and communication skills.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
