I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZS Associates in Aug 2017
Interview
First Stage - Shortlisting based on CGPA. In our college it was kept at 7 CGPA.
Second Stage - The shortlisted students gave an online test which had English, Attention o detail, LR, Quant and DI questions. There was sectional cutoff and the time given was very less. The questions were of a level slightly less than CAT but the less time made it difficult. To complete, always attempt a min number of questions from each section. Skip the tricky/lengthy questions. No negative marking.
Stage 3 - About 90 students from 300+ made the cut. Asynchronous Video Interview round. A 24 hour window was given to attempt this. Behavioral Questions were asked. Questions to be answered for 2-3 Mins. Practice speaking about yourself beforehand and prepare basic behavioral questions in advance.
After this a PPT was scheduled. Excellent presentation.
Stage 4 - Only 22 students made it here. Case study given for 30 mins and then a case study interview based on it. 3 questions with 3 sub parts. checked number crunching and raw data analysis. Again time given was very less. The most important round. decides whether offer will be made or not. Also guesstimates and puzzles may be asked. Interviewer was very polite.
Last Round - HR round. Resume based questions. Be yourself but not too much. look at the profile and highlight those things about yourself. Convince them that you are a good fit.
Congrats U are through.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
gestimation about online shows and platforms and how much they make
First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
