Interview
The interview process consists of an aptitude test- having quant, LR, DI and verbal sections. They were in the range of medium to hard. The next round is a video interview round, where they send you the link to the software. It displays questions, gives you 30 secs to this of an answer. The questions are generally behavioural. If you clear this round, they have 3 interview rounds in their office. The first is a case study which is typically a market entry case study. It's advisable to read a few online solved case studies to get a flavour of how to address these. There's a massive time crunch here so prioritising is key. The next is a technical-ish round where they quiz you with brainteasers and guesstimates- practice market sizing and guesstimate questions. Have certain figures ready in your mind (population of India, population of Mumbai, area of India & Mumbai, % of rural-urban, etc). The final round is a behavioural round which has typical fit interview questions.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
