I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZS Associates in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied for the on campus recruitment process through my college. The first round was an aptitude round wherein your skills with numbers was tested against time. Adequate knowledge of DI is important. Candidates who could qualify this round were redirected to an online AV round wherein guesstimates, HR type questions and other forms of behavioural questions were posed. Candidates who qualified this round as well were asked to come to the pool campus interviews. A case was given to be analysed for 30 minutes. Note, that's what they say you. If you attempt the calculations as well, it would fetch you brownie points. After the case round, one is called to discuss the case in a short interview. I was called after 9 long hours. The management wasn't efficient since there were many candidates whose subsequent rounds were completed one after the other and many who were not even called for the first round during the same time. Use the 30 minutes and the time after that to come up with answers for the case questions in case it didnt strike you then. I answered all the questions and was asked a few puzzles from GeeksforGeeks. However, even if you give a good interview, the fact that you were one of the last few people to be interviewed would automatically put you at a disadvantage. I was asked to leave after the case round but was summoned again which they pulled off as ' We are not sure about you. So we would take your second round.' The second round was also surprisingly the final round due to tight schedule and the fact that a lot of time had been wasted. The interviewers were impatient as well which was quite evident. This round was a basic Hr round wherein you are grilled about your CV. Keep calm and explain everything in minute details. But dont get disheartened if you couldnt make it through since your performance isnt the only criterion that would determine your probability of getting the job.
interview was divided in a pool campus into three rounds basic andt then interview and then hr, it was ok, if you know your stuff like mistake finding, later gestimationa nd finally futre plans, good
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
gestimation about online shows and platforms and how much they make
First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
