There stages , 1st online test , 2nd video interview 3rd favmce to face interview. More emphasis on problem solving skills. There is a case study stage, in which they provide a case study and you have to solve and explain. Its like lrdi of cat.

Guesstimates of how many balls can fit inside a plane.
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
