Interview
It took 12 days from when I applied to when I got the offer. The HR person was super helpful and responsive, which is great. The interviewers were the friendliest and kindest ones I have ever encountered, I felt vibes with all 3 of them and connected well from the start of the interview.
It was a 90 minute interview with 3 components of 30 minutes each- behavioural, structured case, unstructured case.

Question 1
Behavioural- Tell me about a project you were recently involved in, a time where you had to make a difficult decision that you knew not everyone was going to like
Structured case- (easy) 2 large questions (with 2 sub-questions each), only calculations involving economics, marketing
Unstructured case- tests for creativity, business acumen
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

Given information about electric vehicles, which city would I advise adding EV chargers and what sites in that city?
1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
