Interview
3-round, single day process with interviewers from a variety of corporate levels and experience. Interviews were 45 minute to 1 hour, each asking about different topics. Interviewers were generally nice, and looked for fit.

Why consulting? Experience working in a team? Given specific generalized scenario what is your opinion (the one I got was something along the lines of: where would you recommend building a hardware store in Chicago?). Experience with making sacrifices for the team as leader or member.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then proceeded to another basic case, then two more cases after that and an interview with one of the partners. They were all very kind.
The interview process consists of three rounds, each lasting 30 minutes or so. It includes a behavioral interview to assess fit and two case interviews to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
