Interview
ZS came to our college for campus recruitments.
First - Online Aptitude test in AmCat model.
44/250 people were shortlisted after this round.
Second- A case study was given and questions based on it have to be answered in a time of 30minutes.
There will be a Case Interview where you have to explain your every answer to the panel.
Third- Behavioral interview, Questions were asked about projects, internships, various co-curricular activities, and few stress questions.
Fourth- Final HR interview. This was more of a fit interview where they try to know about your attitude and your character. Few puzzles were asked and general HR questions were asked.
Overall, the process is pretty thorough and the panel was pretty chilled out.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
