First round interviews took place at my university's recruiting center. Consisted of two back to back 30 min interviews (one behavioral, one case). The interviewers were very friendly and cordial. Behavioral interview involved basic fit questions, nothing fancy or special. Could tell that the company wanted individuals who were receptive to the culture and could multi-task in collaborative teams. The case was pre-structured and was fairly quantitative, but interviewer was encouraging and willing to help when needed.
Second round interviews took place at the office. It consisted of three back to back interviews (one fit with a principle, one business skills / mini case with a manager, and one case). It also included a neat little demonstration by a current consultant exposing you to the daily work they are involved with. The office culture was great, the atmosphere was friendly, and overall a very positive experience. The entire recruiting process only took three weeks, was very efficient and transparent. Great experience.
