The interview process was divided into two rounds:
1. Case Study Interview (Eliminatory Round):
The round began with a quick “walk me through your resume.”
A case study was provided, and I was given about 2 minutes to go through it. I had to explain the situation in my own words before diving into the questions.
Out of 4 case-related questions, the interviewer selected 2 for me to solve. These involved data interpretation and quantitative analysis.
After this, I was also asked a guesstimate question to test my structured thinking and numerical approach.
2. Behavioral Interview:
This round focused more on my background, with detailed questions on my resume and prior experiences.
A few HR-style behavioral questions were asked to gauge my teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving approach.
I was given 1 puzzle to solve, testing logical reasoning.
Finally, the interviewer explained a financial concept, and I was required to deduce a graph of certain KPIs based on it, checking my understanding and application.
