Zelis interview questions

The interview process was quite short I received an email on LinkedIn from a recruiter then we spoke on the phone and scheduled an interview at the Bedminster location. However, when I went to the interview I was taken aback by the foul language used by one of the managers. He was cursed at least four times which I thought was very unprofessional. I did not even get to speak with the manager that I would be working for if I took the job so they told me they would get back to me. The company seems unorganized and chaotic to be quite frank. I would not accept an offer from them and I implore other people to look elsewhere for a job.

First had a phone interview, then came into the office to meet with the person I would be working for. Both were well organized and not too lengthy, covered in detail what the job would entail and provided an overview of the company.
