Zillow Business Development interview questions

Interview with recruiter was awkward, it felt like he did not even want to do the interview. 2nd interview with team leaders was just as awkward; the first interview the teamleader was checking her emails the entire time like she was too busy to interview and the 2nd team leader I interviewed with kept getting up from the video call to yell at his dogs so it was incredibly hard to stay focused when the people interviewing could not even stay focused themselves.
