I interviewed with a recruiter directly at Zillow and she wanted to move me forward for the Director of Tech Recruiting position. I had one question about Comp and she said she would get back to me by “Wed” with the answer and then we can set up a call with the hiring manager. I didn’t hear back so I emailed a follow up. Week went by, still didn’t get any word, nor a response to my email so I emailed again. Still nothing. 3 weeks had passed with no responses; I was completely ghosted. I’m really disappointed in the lack of positive candidate experience I received, especially for an executive role. As a diverse Executive I’m disappointed in
