Started out great, within a week of applying I was contacted for a zoom interview with a recruiter. That went well, friendly and open about the company. I had a second interview with the hiring manager and unfortunately didn't make it to the next step. I would've rated the interview better had I been able to receive feedback as to why I wasn't selected. Zillow was my top choice and I would like to apply when other opportunities open in the future. I asked the recruiter about it directly and was told it's Zillow's policy to not provide feedback. Although that transparency as to the why I wasn't selected would've improved the overall experience for me.
