I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Good interview process. At the time they were very much in need of head count. The interview was casual, but showed the types of people they have in management. The interview was short and concise. I did not have to demonstrate skills, more just went on personality fit and experience on the resume.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Maryland City, MD) in Jun 2024
Interview
quick initial interview for prescreening, wasn't in person, virtual, was quick and went over the position, felt comfortable, nice conversation, looking forward to next steps which would be another interview
This was a while ago but I interviewed with several managers who were a part of the same org within the department I'd be working in. I enjoyed it but one of the interviewers ran out of questions and it was, in the end, a bit awkward when I was just offering information.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zillow
Interview
Shadowing with someone already in the role, several interviews with different managers. Standard questions, discussing previous experience, times adversity was faced, why the role was desired. Got a feel for the office culture while touring the building.
