Zillow Sales Operations Manager interview questions

Reached out to hiring manager over Linkedin, spoke with recruiter and eventually the hiring manager. Interview seemed to have gone really well and hiring manager was very impressed, confirmed he'd like to move me to the on-site and that the recruiter will reach out for next steps. Cut to two weeks later, the recruiter disappeared. Reached out to the hiring manager and no response. I later check that the position was closed indicating that they already hired someone. Horrible experience with no feeback or update on the process. Would have appreciated an update rather than getting ghosted!
