Zonar Systems interview questions

The interview was pretty standard. Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager. Interview questions were very vague and lacking. It seems as the recruiter didn't want to be bothered with the interview. No motivation at all.

Contacted a recruiter within the company for the interest in the position and sent my resume over. Had a phone interview with the direct manager that was mostly based on explaining your work experiences, projects + the reason why you want to work at Zonar. A few days later I had the opportunity for a 6 person interview face-to-face for almost two hours. Once again, their questions were based off on your experiences in your resume and were mostly behavioral and some situational questions. I had a chance to go more in-depth about the projects, implementation and guidelines I’ve done and was able to share 2-3 questions with every person who interviewed me that day. Was offered the position a few days later.
