Zone&Co. interview questions

The interview process was great and moved crazy fast (4 interviews in like 2 weeks). I had a fantastic recruiter. I went through the initial screening, then had an interview with the hiring manager, an interview with customer success manager, an interview with an HR person, and another (final) meeting with the recruiter. Questions were not “hard” or technical really.. they more-so really tried to get to know you and speak casually. Asked questions about my previous work history and how it applied to the role I applied to. Overall, great interview process, just wish it was less rounds (maybe 3 instead of 4). All of the above were done via Zoom meetings with camera on. Everyone was so friendly and transparent when I asked questions and it made me want to join the company even more. Recruiter also looked out for me with my salary request, which is rare and appreciated!

I went through three separate interviews with different people, but most of the questions were repetitive, which made the process feel unnecessarily drawn out. The three calls could have easily been consolidated into one or max two. After waiting over five weeks for a decision, I was eventually informed that the company had decided not to hire anyone in the UK. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and could have been handled much more efficiently.
