I saw the job online and remembered I was connected with a couple of their recruiter's on LinkedIn. I reached out to one of the recruiters via LinkedIn and was setup for a phone screen. The Talent Acquisition person did a good job phone screening me. I then had an in person meeting with the Director, who I would be reporting too. The meeting went really well and lasted almost two hours, even though it was only scheduled for one. The Director also gave me a highly detailed day to day overview of the job. I was then scheduled for a third interview to meet with the person who oversees everything for the area, the Director's manager. The interview with this person was like a check box. The interview was done after 35 min, which was way too short. I knew I did not have the job at that point and told the receptionist it was nice to meet her, but I know I will not be back. I got the dear john letter a couple of days later. I hope this helps.
