-Initial email from recruiter, setup time to talk. -Zoom call with recruiter. Heard how manager picked my resume from a stack and wanted to talk. Seemed like the perfect fit, I definitely wanted to pursue this. -A few emails back and forth and setup a Zoom call with someone from legal counsel. -A few more emails and we setup a time to talk to the Head of Compliance. -Not even 30 minutes before my scheduled Zoom interview, I hear from the recruiter that the Head of Compliance (hiring manager) is no longer interested. -I am told to keep my existing time slot and get put on a call with someone from Datacenter Infra. On the Zoom call neither of us know what just happened. Seemed like a great guy, but I think we both realized roles on his team wouldn't be a good fit. -Absolute waste of time. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. I am never applying at this company again.
