Here's the lay of the land in-terms of the interview process for a sales-related role:
- 45 min HR Onboarding
- 30 min Direct Manager Interview
- 1hr roleplay with DM + other sales managers
- Final interview with VP level sales manager

Average interview questions - walk us through your experience, what does your sales cycle look like now?, average deal size?, customer size?, how would you lead a sales call?, how would you involve team members and other internal resources in the sales process?

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Did I have experience working with the government sector
Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.

big presentation about selling zoom to others. Interviewers had quite the egos. I withdrew after 5th interview.
